2 – Service Availability
We deliver items worldwide
3 – Consumer Rights
If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within a week after receiving the parcel. You also have rights to cancel or change the order. For more details please read carefully our returns and refund section. This does not affect your statutory rights.
4 – Delivery
Orders are sent out within one working day. For detailed information about the delivery services and delivery charges, please read our delivery and returns section.
6 – TITLE AND RISK
Once we deliver your product, we are actually giving you the ownership of your products. You are responsible for all risks once the item has been delivered.
7 – PAYMENT AND PRICE
All prices on our website include VAT. No delivery charges are included in the prices mentioned for each item.
For overseas customers, the import taxes will be paid by the customers side by side the delivery charges.
We have the right to change the prices of items at any time according to the availability of stock or changing government policies.
8 – Returns and Refunds
8.1 – RETURNS
If you are not happy with your purchase, Always Chic is happy to issue a refund for any items you purchased. Please contact us within the 14 days of purchase. You have 28 days to return an item from the day of delivery.
8.2 – RETURNS CRITERIA
Unfortunately, we are unable to refund or return for following items;
- Earring or pierced jewellery
- Damaged items caused in your care
- 3 – REFUNDS
We mostly refund your payments in 5 working days.
Please note, we don’t refund for any faulty or damaged item.
8.4 – EXCHANGES
Unfortunately, we don’t have any exchange service at this moment.
9 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
You agree and acknowledge that all intellectual property, trademarks, and copyright rights in the content and all materials you used for your page, shall be conferred by us and our licensors.
10 – WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS AND GDPR
When you use our website and register, you accept that the communication between us will be electronic. We will send you emails or notification by post to deliver information. In addition you will have the option to opt out of any marketing communications.
11 – GENERAL
- Our contract will be governed by England Laws. In case of any dispute, we can take help of England courts. And the English language will be used for concluding any contract.
- All products on our page are for domestic use.
- If any part of these terms and conditions is detained by any authentic specialist to unenforceable or invalid, the enforceability or validity of other parts or sections will remain unaffected.
12 – PRODUCT IMAGES
We try our best to put accurate images of all items. However, screen brightness, different browsing devices or platforms, and digital reproductions may affect this accuracy. Therefore, we don’t guarantee the exact colour of all products.
